BENTELER, a global company serving customers in automotive technology, the energy sector, and mechanical engineering, and Enery, a renewable energy producer, intend to sign a 10-year physical power purchase agreement (PPA).
Under the agreement, the Czech subsidiary of the BENTELER Group will secure electricity from the newly built solar power plant situated in the Municipality of Dynin, South Bohemia, Czech Republic.
The green PPA will support the construction of a 37 MW photovoltaic facility in the Czech Republic and will help BENTELER fulfill its ESG targets by reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 CO2 emissions.
